Tulisan Puan is a digital platform and movement to decolonial knowledge and practices in Indonesia through feminism lens. This platform was established to respond to a massive, capitalist, and biased knowledge production that marginalised women, particularly women, Indigenous women, underpriviledged women, women with disabilities and those who identified women who grow up in a diverse culture in Indonesia/Nusantara.
Our vision is to foster an inclusive community to fully engage in reclaiming our own knowledge and perspectives. We build this platform through four significant areas: producing new narratives, education, building feminist leadership and expanding reproductive freedoms for Indonesians.
What We Do
In Tulisan Puan, we believe that women and the members of marginalised groups have the capabilities and knowledge to empower themselves. The problem is often related to the limited space and opportunities for them as if it is as simple as other women or other parties representing their existence and problems.
